Adobe Firefly now supports Google Nano Banana 2 Image Model

On Thursday, February 26, Adobe added Nano Banana 2 — the latest image generation model from Google — to the Firefly partner model lineup.

A new partner model joins Adobe Firefly.

Google’s Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) was added to Adobe Firefly right at its launch.

Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) - Google : 40 credits / image

While Gemini 3.1 Flash was released in mid-February, its corresponding image generation model, Nano Banana 2, has now arrived with built-in image editing capabilities.

It became available on Adobe Firefly simultaneously with its official launch.

Compared to the Nano Banana Pro released in November 2025, Nano Banana 2 is reported to outperform its predecessor in image quality and various benchmark scores.

On Adobe Firefly, the model supports up to 2K resolution, 10 different aspect ratios, and up to 6 reference images for generation.

It is currently available within Firefly Generate Image, Edit Image, and Firefly Boards.

Access to partner models requires a Firefly Plan or Creative Cloud Pro subscription.

Adobe Firefly is currently hosting an Unlimited Generation Campaign, and Nano Banana 2 is also included.

・4,000 / 7,000 / 50,000 (Credit Top-up Plans)

*Creative Cloud Pro is excluded from the unlimited offer.

Campaign Period:

Until Tuesday, March 16, 2026 (PT).

The Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) and Nano Banana Pro models remain available, so it might be interesting to compare the results between generations.
